Pickup Notification

Customers will receive an email notification once their order is ready for pickup. This email will include the pickup location, available pickup times, and any specific instructions.

Please wait for this confirmation before arriving. Orders will not be available prior to receiving this notification.

Pickup Timeline

Orders should be picked up within 7 days of the pickup notification.

Orders not picked up within 3 weeks (21 days) of notification will be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been made.

Abandoned orders may be canceled without refund.

Once a pickup notification has been sent, it is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve the order within the stated timeframe.

Order Inspection

Please inspect your order at the time of pickup. Once an order has been picked up, we are not responsible for damage, loss, or mishandling after it leaves our possession.
